Q: Can I reserve a specific make/model of car?
A: Yes you can. Please confirm your car features at the time of reservation. Subject to availability.
Q: How do I change or cancel my reservation?
A:Call the reservation phone number, or send us an e-mail to change or cancel your reservation. Please remember that changing dates, locations and type and class of vehicle may change the rate on your reservation.
Note: Any payment paid by Credit Card will not be refundable just you can change the dates by email. 10% discount on online payment
Q: How can I make a payment?
A: We accept payments as the time we deliver car. You can make the payment by credit card at the time of delivery as well.
Q: How will I find car when I arrive to Ercan Airport?
A: The car will be delivered to you at Ercan Airport on the agreed date and time with a signboard that has your name written on.
Q: What happens if I return the car late?
A: Late returns can affect the type of rate assigned to the rental. Returns which are less then 1 hour late will not be charged. Returns which are later than 1 hour will be charged for an extra day. Time duration is 12:00PM to 12:00PM
Q: How do I arrange to extend my rental period?
A: Please call the main office directly to extend your rental. The office's phone number is also on the rental agreement.
Q: Can I pay by credit card?
A: We honor most major credit/charge cards as a form of payment e.g: master card, Visa.
Q: What if I get a traffic violation while in possession of a CFCH rental vehicle?
A: The renter of any car is liable for all parking and traffic violations.
